Sentry Risk was established in Dubai to address a specific and persistent problem: financial institutions in the UAE and GCC were either working with large international consultancies whose senior people rarely showed up, or with local advisors who lacked the technical depth required for complex risk programmes.
We built something different. A boutique firm with practitioner-level expertise, a senior-only delivery model, and a genuine understanding of how the UAE Central Bank thinks about risk governance and IRB adoption.
