Do you only work with UAE banks?

No. We work with any financial institution in the GCC, and our market entry and partnership services are for international companies from anywhere in the world looking to operate in the UAE.

Can you support a programme that's already underway?

Yes — this is one of our most common engagements. We regularly embed specialists into existing IRB programmes where specific pillar expertise is missing or where delivery has stalled.

How quickly can you mobilise a team?

Typically within 2–4 weeks from signed agreement, depending on the scope and the specific specialists required. We don't promise what we can't deliver.

Do you work on fixed-fee or time-and-materials?

Both, depending on the engagement model. We discuss this early and make sure you know exactly what you're committing to before anything is signed.

What if we only need help with one IRB pillar?

That's fine. Pillar augmentation is one of our standard engagement models. You can bring in one specialist for one area without committing to a full programme.
